- A stop at the La Vigie lookout the highest point on the hills 2000ft
- A visit to the Colosseum Cave for the adventurous at heart
- Stops to purchase fresh and bottled green seasoning and homemade wine
- A visit to the Lady of Guadeloupe RC Church to see its magnificent stained glass windows
- A stop by Aunty Julia’s Dirt Oven for a pastelle, coconut bake made from the dirt oven served with ham, a hot cup of cocoa tea and samples of homemade wine
- Parang music to set the festive mood at Aunty Julia’s
