The Quare River provides water to the Hollis Reservoir and is home to the enchanting Quare Waterfall- a hidden gem tucked away in the Valencia forest. The Hike-venture to the Falls involves an easy 30-minute walk upstream alongside the riverbank. At the Falls there is a crystal clear pool perfect for swimming. Along the Quare River there are plunge pools, miniature cascades and many fascinating areas to explore.
